October 27 - 28, 2004 Lunar Eclipse The WCAC with McKinley Museum/Hoover Price Planetarium hosted a public Lunar Eclipse program on Wednesday evening, October 27th. Telescopes were set up on the plaza of the McKinley Monument at the top of the steps. The start time was 7:30 pm.

- 9:14pm - Partial eclipse begins (Moon enters umbra)
- 10:23pm - Total eclipse begins
- 11:45pm - Total eclipse ends
- 12:54am - Partial eclipse ends (Moon leaves umbra)
- 2:03am - Moon leaves penumbra
