Bill Castro video image of Jupiter and one of its moon's shadow on the left edge of the Great Red Spot. Taken in Louisville, OH with a Sony Hi8 camcorder through an 8 inch LX200 SCT at F10 with a 26mm eyepiece. The camcorder was hand held, manually focused and the exposure was manually adjusted.

The image was digitized by Wayne Harrington of the Cuyahoga Astronomical Association using a Snappy 2 and Micrografx Picture Publisher.
