  • Years lived in Ohio: I was born in Canton. That was 66 years and 11 months ago. Back then there was clear skies in Canton, but I didn't know it. I don't set up to much due to lack of enthusiasm..

  • Profession (day job): I'm retired form Ford Motor's forge plant in Canton. Now I mainly transport the Amish, for something to do and eat.

  • Years with the club: I have been in the club since April of 1997.

  • Club positions held: Vice President is the first elected position I've held. I was appointed greeter by the planning committee about a year ago. This brought me out of my shell.

  • Years observing: I've only been observing seriously about he last three years.

  • Formal astronomy training: I've no formal training in astronomy.

  • Special projects: Special projects consist of what ever I'm capable of helping with.

  • Scopes presently owned: Presently I own a Jason Astronomer model scope, a 6 inch reflector scope reconditioned by members of the club; this is my bread and butter scope. I also own an 8 inch Celestron S/C scope.

  • Type of observing most interested in: I'm most interested in Jupiter and Saturn, but will look at anything that is up there.

  • Visions for the club: I see the club being the shining light of TWC.
