  • Formal astronomy training: Two semesters of undergraduate general astronomy.

  • Scopes presently owned: My one and only ( so far ) telescope is an Orion Skyquest XT8 on a Dobson mount.

  • Type of observing most interested in: My favorite targets are globular and open clusters, planets, and the sun ( with proper filters, of course ).
